Disclaimer policy :

The product details, Specifications like weight, color, handwork details, size, etc as shown on the product page are only approximate values.

The color of the actual product may be slightly different from the photo on the product page due to the nature of fabric, dyes, dying time, Photography lighting, photography quality, the difference in displays, or any other reasons.

Before placing an order the customer must keep in mind that minor changes(variations) may occur in weight, color, handwork, size, etc as seen on the product page compared to the actual product received by the customer.

Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy:

1. Do not accept the parcel if it is already opened :

While taking the product from the courier boy please make sure that the parcel which you are receiving is not opened. If found the same then simply refuse to accept it and let us know. We will not take any responsibility if anything goes wrong if you receive opened parcel.

If you want to exchange the product please mail us at support@gounique.in. We will respond within 48 hours or WhatsApp us at 7001152010.

Note:

  •  While mailing or sending a message on Whatsapp you have to send a photo of the dispute section and clearly mention the actual problem.
  • If it is a size dispute. you have to take a photo while measuring with a measuring tape.

2. Packet Opening video is mandatory:

If you want to Exchange a faulty product, wrong product, or product not as described you have to send us the packet opening video for approval.

NOTE:

  •  Before opening the parcel you have to move the camera all around the packet (move the camera from up to down and from right to left of the parcel) so that we can understand that the parcel is not opened previously.
  • You have to make a single video from opening the parcel to identifying the dispute. If the video is joined using any software or if there is more than one video then your claim will be rejected.

3. Size (fittings) problem :

  • On every product page, we have a specific size Guide available. Just follow the size guide and get a perfect fit.
  • If you want a smaller size you can stitch it or if you want a larger size We have a 1+1 inch extra margin on both sides of the product you can easily remove the stitch and make it larger or go to the local tailor, and they will help out.

NOTE: We can also do the same thing for you. on that case you have to pay the shipping cost.

4. If the customer received the same size, color, same as the described product that she/he has ordered but still wants another size then we will exchange it and send the larger one but the customer has to pay the shipping cost.

5. If the customer received the same size, color, same as a described product which she/he has ordered but still wants another product which we do not have then the customer has to keep the product which he/she has received (as the customer has ordered the same and that is not our fault).

6. If we found that we have sent the wrong size, or product, not as described product then we will exchange that and the customer does not have to pay anything for the exchange.

7. If we found that the customer has intentionally created some dispute to get the exchange or the dispute has been made by the Customer while wearing it, we will simply reject the exchange.

8. While returning the parcel it is the customer’s responsibility to pack the product properly. If we found that the product has been damaged during the transportation we will simply return the same product to the Customer and the customer has to pay the shipping cost.

9. Refund:

Usually, once the products have been sold the customer will not get a refund. The customer will get an exchange by following the above rules.

 Shipping Time:

  • Ready Products: We will ship the product within 7-15 working days from the day of placing the order.
  • Customize products: we will ship them within 7-30 days from the day of placing the order.

 Shipping cost

  • Forward: Rs 65/- all over India
  • Return: Rs 350/- to 500/-. The courier boy will go to your address and pick up the parcel from there ( except for a few postal codes).

 

NOTE: If the user wants to remove the registration details (Sign in details) including Google and Facebook login details, they can simply drop a mail at support@gounique.in. We will remove all the details from our database within 3 working days and the user will get a reply in the email also.
